The Empowerment Curriculum is a powerful facilitation tool with 4-six week phases of dynamic lesson plans built on the 7 pillars of the Covenant of Peace.

We approach all of our engagement, relationships and programming with a strengths-based perspective and truly believe the youth are our future leaders and the strengths we see in your youth are innovation, resilience, creativity, leadership and ability.

We embody a commitment to engage family members as the most important assets in a young person’s life and to build the leadership skills of students through peer coaching and support.

Our model is community based and driven and relies on community leaders, experienced youth advocates and individuals with relevant life experiences to engage youth and families
Credible Messenger (CM) Groups provide mentorship through group facilitation, to youth and young adults who have been impacted by the legal/ injustice system (ages 12-24). CM groups focus on intervention but also take preventative measures to help participants begin to understand more about themselves, their futures, and purpose in life.
Participants receive incentives for their participation
